Products must be returned in their original condition and in the packaging in which you received them. You can return them within 14 days of receipt.

Products excluded from return:

1. Customized products
2. Products specially ordered for you
3. Damaged products
4. Used products

How can I return the product?
Returns are only processed when the order undamaged, in the original packaging and returned in full. We advise you to carefully open the shipping box and original packaging, so that it can be used again to return the order. Add a copy of the invoice stating your bank account number.

Are there costs associated with the return?
Costs of the return are for the account of the customer. Unstamped (or not sufficiently stamped) packages will not be accepted.

How quickly will my return be processed?
After receipt, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days.

My order is incomplete or damaged, what to do?
If there is something wrong with the order you received or (part of) the order damaged, please contact us. We advise you what to do and help you solve the problem.
